Life Grid – Mobile Application

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Life Grid, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Life Grid is a personal life tracking application that helps you visualize and reflect on your life one week at a time. The app provides both free and premium features.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Life Grid Premium

Life Grid offers a premium subscription ("Life Grid Premium") that provides access to additional features including unlimited weekly records and week review with mood tracking.

Billing & Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.

Free Trial

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Price Changes

Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes in advance, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

4. User Content

All content you create in Life Grid (tasks, events, reflections, mood records) is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for your content. We do not access, collect, or store your content on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

Life Grid, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Jay Fu. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Life Grid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jay Fu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Life Grid.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violation of these terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
